LOCATION: Mumbai, Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon
REPORTING TO: Head - Alternate Channels
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Performance
- Establishing corporate relationship for achievement of top line & bottom-line targets. Handling business planning, operations & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business
Business Expansion
- Create a matrix by mapping potential Institutional customers/office suppliers by industry and plan to reach them through an organised process
Data Analytics
- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvement plan in order to reach best results
Customer Engagement
- Engaged in Client Management and Relation Building of Potential Key Accounts/Existing Key accounts
- Problem Solving Talent for proactively identifying & resolving problems, controlling costs, maximizing productivity & delivering profit increase
Leadership
- Manage people from various departments right from PO generation to IOM follow ups with the plant to tracking payments
Planning and Control activities
- Evaluate market environment constantly and provide feedback and proposals for development/enhancement as per the requirement
