Tying up with National Vendors to develop outsourced sales force (3P), So essentially, responsible for hiring and manpower planning for sales. 3. Engagement - Driving engagement agenda 4. Sales Capability - Works with Sales Development Manager to identify capability gaps and identify training requirements / needs and coordinate to ensure gaps are minimized 5. Statutory Compliance - Ensuring Shops &amp; Establishment returns, ESIC, PF, etc. Also ensuring compliance of 3P vendors with the laws of the land. 6. Supporting for Sales Strategic Projects - GTM strategy 7. Life cycle management of Sales Force, scope for the same will be Pan India. 8. Ensure effective closure of Full &amp; Final Settlement. Candidate Profile : 1. Education - Tier 1/ 2 MBA HR 2. 4-5 yrs of Experience in Sales HR 3. Should have handled large sales force lifecycle management - 200 + in nos.
