We at BIC Cello India have an opening for the position of Manager Demand Planning Location - Mumbai Please find below Job Details : Purpose of Role : 1. Manage the demand planning &amp; servicing of Domestic sales business 2. Oversee the demand planning function of Export &amp; Institutional business Areas of Responsibility : 1. Demand Planning - Develop a consensus with sales team on long term visibility of impending domestic sales orders. Compare the forecast with the budget &amp; plan for monthly capacity requirements. 2. Preparing Monthly Demand Plan for Domestic Sales Business. 3. Production Plan Review - Review the production plan in comparison to the demand plan along with exports &amp; institution. 4. Servicing - Prepare and share the monthly servicing plan with the respective teams,&amp; provide periodic updates. Develop &amp; execute suitable course of action. 5. Servicing Exports &amp; Institutional+ MT business - Supervise order receipt, capacity mapping, order acceptance, servicing timelines, material MRN, daily reporting and timely despatches. 6. Reporting - Ensure timely reporting of Rolling Sales Forecast Accuracy vs constraints, Monthly Inventory reporting, Company Sales Reporting. 7. Conducting Meetings - Inventory Availability Meetings, SnOp Meetings with Key stake holders. Weekly Production meetings. 8. Capacity Mapping &amp; Future Projections - Study and understand the trend of production addressing concern with Production Planner. Assess the cost implication and timeline required to de-bottleneck the capacity. Candidate Profile : 1. MBA, 7-8 yrs of relevant Industry exposure. 2. Work experience in supply chain planning roles will be an added advantage.
