The Manager - Sales &amp; Operation, will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Store Managers who will ensure that the each store is focused on achieving sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, shopping experience, and developing internal talent. The role will be responsible for managing 9-10 Company Owned Company Operated stores across Bangalore. Key Result Areas for the Incumbent &nbsp;Process Responsibilities: - Drives sales activities and implement ways to improve volume and profit; track sales and productivity - Ensuring effective Inventory management for each &amp; every store in the territory ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage) - Review and analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems related to stock and sales and concepts to make effective business decisions - Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action - Ensuring monthly feedback Concept on sales, stock positions and product feedback to be shared - Strategize and seek opportunity for brand expansion in the territory - Ensuring VM Implementation, SOP adherence, Stock Transfer, Petty cash approvals, Repairs &amp; maintanances &nbsp;People Management Responsibilities: - Maintain regular connect with staff and ensure welfare activities are planned - Hand holding new joinees and basic induction formalities timely manner - Train and monitor store manager to ensure grievances are resolved in a timely manner - Manage the Store Managers - their performance, Training, development interventions and growth - Manage and provide direction to the team. Set team goals and regularly measure team performance. - Hiring, Training and Evaluation of Staff - Manage Employees Incentives and Attendance approvals &nbsp;Financial Responsibilities: - Rent negotiations - Petty cash Approvals Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
