Purpose of the Job As an Operations Excellence Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Retail Sales & Operations Head in driving Excellence across all Operations Processes, ensuring higher efficiency, deliver business & growth of the organization Key Result Areas for the Incumbent Process Responsibilities - Drive amendment & rollout of SOPs - Track & Present Dashboards on adherence of SOP across all EBOs & MBOs - Create & Share Store-Area-Region-Zone Matrix based Operations Dashboards for review by Senior Leadership Team of Operations - Analyze Operational KPIs and Metrics and present scopes for higher efficiencies - Integrate data from Shopr360, Individual Sales & Click View and share Individual Performance Dashboards/ NPS Scores - Drive New Categories Business like Gift Cards - Analyse and Present Correlations between Merchandise Availability, Current Sales & Opportunities - Analyze Business Trends and help in Forward Planning People Management Responsibilities - Coordinate with Operations Team on periodic basis to drive higher Operational Efficiencies and maximize Business Opportunities - Coordinate with Merchandising teams to analyze ASRs and take corrective actions at SKU-Store Levels - Coordinate with External Data & Artifical Intelligence Partners to ensure high level of alignment & quick TATs with evolving Organisational Requirements - Coordinate with the HR & Training Team to drive higher productivity of Store Sales Team - Coordinate with the finance and account's team to present Operational related commercial Dashboards to the Management - Coordinate with other cross-functional partners about sales performance and metrics, and, as necessary, recommend adjustments to drive higher efficiencies Financial Responsibilities - Help the Management in achieving Revenue Targets by driving higher store efficiencies - Ensure delivery of Annual Business Plans of New Categories Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role Essential : 1.
