Organization Unit : Rangriti Department : Finance &amp; Accounts Functions : Finance &amp; Accounts Location : HO Rangriti, Delhi Team Size : Managers/Assistant Managers/Senior Executives/Executives reports to this role with a team size of 5-6 Reporting Structure : CFO and team size 5-6 Expected Qualification Details : Graduate degree with specialization in Accountancy as well as a qualified Chartered Accountant Expected Overall Years Of Experience : 10 plus years of post qualification experience- excluding the training/apprenticeship experience. Purpose of the Job : Timely and Accurate Financial Statements and MIS Key Result Areas for the Incumbent : a. Process Responsibilities : - Ensuring all controls in respect of Financial Accounting and Taxation are in place and working effectively - Maintaining the Chart of Accounts in ERP, Accounting methodology b. People Management Responsibilities - Team is engaged and guided properly - Ensuring that the team has access to resources needed for their roles - Transfer of resources within functions and allocating work to subordinates c. Financial Responsibilities : - Financial approvals are taken from the Top Management generally but for small matters this role can take an independent call to settle issues Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role : 1. Essential - Communication - Attention to details - Problem solving / analytical skills 2. Desirable - Customer Focus - Initiative - Raising Productivity/ Planning &amp; Organizing Key Technical competencies required to perform this role: 1. Essential - Experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Compliance, Controls and team leading 2. Desirable - Experience in Banking and fund raising, Costing and Budgetary Controls - Has the persistence and influence to get stakeholders to accept own point of view Key Performance Indicators : - Correct and timely information flow to Management - On time payments and reconciliations for payables and receivables - Tax disputes are sorted out and are minimal - Accounting compliances are 100% in place The candidate would have to interact and manage the following stakeholders : - Senior personnel of Customers, Bankers, Vendors, Auditors and Tax authorities In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate should have : - Expertise in MS Office, Internet, ERP - Pleasing personality - Team player - Clear and assertive communicator.
