Purpose of the Job:
As an account manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with clients - Buyers (Online Market & Distributors),help expand the client relationship, ensure the growth of the organization and work closely with Finance team for timely reconciliation and payments
Key Result Areas for the Incumbent :
Process Responsibilities :- Managing the portfolio of the product in the market place and ensuring the overall profitability.
- Managing the product life-cycle from idealization phase through commercialization.
- Ensuring the dispatch and delivery of the stocks
- Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Understanding competitor's moves and strategies on the online platforms to ensure the brand's growth
- Provide campaign updates and ensure that our partners are satisfied with their business growth.
- Responsible for stock fulfillment as per the requirements of the respective portals
- Ensuring the stock efficiency and analyzing the sell through of the category
- Fulfilling stock requirements of the partners on the basis of past sales
- Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
- Defining timelines for stock dispatch and delivery
- Review invoices and ensure full coordination with finance team
People Management Responsibilities :
- Consistently partners with Merchandising teams to analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
- Coordinating with the supply chain team to Determine quantity and timing of deliveries and stock
- Coordinating with the finance and account's team to check the payment status and resolve the issues (if any)
- Coordinating with the transporter and Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Ensure partners receive regular and timely communication regarding brand changes, successes, and updates.
- Regularly communicate with cross-functional partners about sales performance and metrics, and, as necessary, recommend adjustments needed to drive wholesale and international growth and success.
Financial Responsibilities :- Managing the P&L for the respective accounts
- RTV discipline ( 10% for out right accounts )
- Adjustment of credit & debit notes
