Job Description

Position : BI Analytics Lead - Center of Excellence

Skill Set Snapshot : Business Intelligence, Business Analytics

Experience : 8-13 years of experience.

Location : Bangalore

Position Responsibilities :

You may go from writing SQL to check the data to managing stakeholders that consume financial and sales reports to presenting to company Vice Presidents all in the same week

- Process Lead for end-to end data management and analytics execution

- Manage project stakeholders in Business Units (manager / director / VP level)

- Manage analytics team members and talent pipeline

- Manage and maintain large data sets to ensure high quality data for analysis

- Translate complex analysis over large datasets into insights and actions

- Manage results and present back to key project stakeholders

Job Responsibilities :

- 3-5 years of experience in managing business intelligence and analytics teams

- Experience in building and maintaining data warehousing and business intelligence solutions

- Experience in data modelling, ETL, and Reporting solutions

- Experience in managing teams that check the integrity and accuracy of data

- Experience in CPG company strongly preferred

- Experience in leading small teams

Skills Required :

- Microsoft Office (mandatory)

- Qlikview (preferred), but knowledge of any BI tool

- Any relational database

- Strong knowledge of SQL

- Any ETL tool

Educational Qualifications:

- B.E / B. Tech / Master's Degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Computing from Tier I or Tier II colleges

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Strong aptitude on working with unstructured problems

- Possesses fair amount of aptitude to understand underlying business problems
