We have been engaged by leading consulting firm for below manpower requirement:

Employer: Leading Consulting Firm

Designation: BI Consultant

Experience: 2 - 5 Years (Consulting Experience to Banking Clients is must)

Location: Kuwait

Qualification: B.E. / CA / MBA

Role Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include planning, analysis and designing of data extraction and reporting skills using tools / utilities / ETL methods for our clients in Banking & Financial, Investment, Oil & Gas and Telecom industries. The candidate will be responsible to:

1. Provide overall Business Intelligence and Reporting support to our clients including ad-hoc Excel-based SQL reports or using other tools

2. Understanding the data analytics / reporting requirements of the clients in the financial modeling / risk modeling areas

3. Assessing the existing systems and complexities

4. Designing report content / templates / dashboards for our clients using various extraction methods

5. Perform data analysis to determine root cause of data issues

6. Piloting extraction and reports from multiple systems

7. Developing reports based on Oracle / Sybase / other RDBMS

8. Engage in project activity for implementing new BI business capabilities

Required Skills

The candidate will have experience in one of the following areas:

1. Hands-on experience of at least 2 years in designing and developing reports using ETL

2. Knowledge on data warehousing and management

3. Excellent knowledge on ETL tools and SQL for creating reports

4. Knowledge to create dashboards

5. Experience on reporting packages such as Business Objects / SQL reporting solutions such as Oracle or SQL Server, etc.

6. Experienced in consulting, implementation and maintenance of DW / BI tools

7. Strong oral and written communication skills

8. Exceptional skills in client relationship management

9. Preference will be given to those candidates who have BI product certifications
