Roles and Responsibilities :

Tax Compliance:


- Drafting submissions for assessment and transfer pricing proceedings and appearing before assessing officer and various other authorities.


- Preparing and vetting return of incomes and TDS returns for individuals, partnership firms, HUF, companies etc.


- Responding to letters and making compliances to queries of department.


Transfer Pricing : Preparing & Review Transfer Pricing study report. Conducting FAR interviews with the clients.


- Assisting in TP assessment before the TPO. Assisting in preparing APA pre-filing application and roll back main application.


- Preparation and review of Form No. 3CEB


- Reviewing inter-company agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.


- Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) analysis and reporting of CBCR and Master file. Expertise in software such as Prowess, Capitaline Plus, AceTP and Genius and Tally ERP - Litigation and Representation: Briefing managers, partners and counsels for CIT (appeals), tribunal and high court matters. Drafting and preparing submissions and paper books for matters before various appellate authorities.


- Thorough research for technical and legal issues in the appeal matters.


- Tax Advisory, Structuring and Planning: Providing advisory over domestic / International Taxation / Transfer pricing matters.


- Preparing form 15 CA/CB for various clients. Advisory and planning over tax structures and evaluating the taxability for the structures.


Other areas: Supporting Partners and Managers in day to day assignments. Solving day to day queries of client. Review of Tax Audit Report, etc. Technical updation, by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Income Tax Act & other relevant Acts.


- Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skill. Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.


- Good working knowledge a computerised environment and should be comfortable in doing filing and documentation in soft.


- Should be Self-driven and highly motivated.

- 1-7 years of post-qualification experience in various. Articleship from a mid or large sized firm. Firm experience preferred
