- A Chartered Accountant with rich experience in Financial Reporting Framework under Indian GAAP for conducting Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and various Statutory Compliance

- Acquiescent with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Guidance Notes, Income-tax Act, SEBI Act,Ind As, IFRS,FEMA Act and other relevant laws & regulations

- Executing Audit Assignments under statutory & taxation laws for large Corporates.

- Developing and updating checklists & audit manual, monitoring the implementation thereof

- Develop a comprehensive audit plan & ensure its effectiveness and thorough execution

- Transaction advisory - Advise clients on technical matters and provide recommendations for improvement of procedures and controls, incorporation of companies, obtaining statutory approvals and registrations

- Professional with excellent planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to build and lead effective teams.

- Exposure to various industries like Infrastructure & real estate, Manufacturing, Service sector, trading sector, etc.

- Ensure adherence to firm's risk management policies.
