Job Description for Indirect Tax Profile

- Require a Chartered Accountant with 6 to 12 years of experience (Post CA) in the area of Indirect Tax that entails functional expertise in various Indirect Tax stream i.e. Service Tax, VAT, CST, Excise, Customs, FTP scheme etc.

- Should be updated with provision for GST (Basic knowledge).

- Competent and expertise in handling legal matters, litigation, planning, business restructuring in relation to Indirect Tax.

- This is a strategic role and the appointed person will engage in providing complete Tax Advisory Services under IDT.

- The expertise in tax compliance, litigation support services, due diligence review under the IDT regime is required.

- Also require experience in handling litigation i.e. litigation support in preparation of report showcasing notice apply against the order of the authority and representation before the authority for various issues in VAT, Service Tax, Excise etc.
