Competencies :

- Proactively resolving of legal issues and providing solution to avoid litigation.

- Have good knowledge/ exposure in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

- Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skill.

- Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.

- Good working knowledge a computerized environment and should be comfortable in doing filing and documentation in soft.

- Should be Self-driven and highly motivated.

Experience bracket : 1-5 years

Academic Qualification : CA / LLB

Job Responsibilities :

- Drafting and sending legal notices for debt recovery / outstanding from clients

- Preparing, typing, formatting, and amending agreement for sale, conveyance deed, MOU, power of attorney, affidavit, notice.

- Preparing application, written statements to be submitted in Courts;

- Keeping and maintaining the records of original legal documents and court matters

- Co-ordinate with external stakeholders like Advocates / Counsels / Solicitors firms in respect of the legal matters of the Company

- Having good exposure in handling the Arbitration matters and well acquainted with the recent amendments;

- Handling of cases under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act

- Attending day to day court matters & representing Company before various forums ;

- Prepare and maintain Weekly MIS;

- Legal research & making briefs/synopsis of the cases;

- Maintaining the case files, documents & records ;

- Travelling 60 % within Mumbai & Outside Mumbai based on Client needs
