Note: (Must have Experience in Team Handling).
We are looking for energetic folks with 2 to 3 years of experience, who will be responsible to build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships across India
Responsibilities:.
- The Business Development Team Lead will be responsible for lead generation, team management, team leadership, and analytical skills
- They will be responsible for driving sales and business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans and providing mentorship and guidance to team members
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Provide guidance and support to team members. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
