- Lead high impact and high visibility M&A projects for the group. - Apply corporate finance fundamentals, including valuation methodologies/techniques, risk analysis and strategic and financial planning to evaluate the attractiveness of an opportunity. - Lead transaction execution and project management, across Will be involved in due diligence, documentation etc. - Manage multiple stakeholders and teams (including legal, tax, regulatory and business teams). The ideal candidate: - Must be a MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant 8 - 12 years of relevant work experience. - Should have independently led transaction execution and be highly comfortable leading complex project management charters. - Must have strong working knowledge of corporate finance, valuation models and legal and regulatory aspects of M&A. - Should possess outstanding analytical skills - Should have high focus on stakeholder management
