About the Job: - To manage Working Capital for BAL &amp; subsidiaries by effective liquidity management and optimum utilization of funds, and ensuring minimum blockage of funds within the system. Managing the treasury operations and ensuring timely debt servicing. - Management of bank account structure, BG &amp; related operations. Governance &amp; Control of banking operations, including laying down policy &amp; framework for the organization. Driving transition to banking best practices &amp; concepts in Collection &amp; Payment arrangements. Your Contribution: - Managing Working capital for Bharti Airtel and its subsidiaries, to ensure optimum &amp; effective utilization of funds. Managing Banking &amp; CMS set up for the organization. - Understand business needs and identify suitable banking arrangement for the business unit. - Commercial negotiation, process finalization and documentation with banks for various collection and payment services arrangements. - Management of daily investment, debt servicing &amp; BG operations for BAL &amp; subsidiaries. Knowledge of various assets classes eg Money market, corporate bond market, Govt Securities &amp; Mutual funds. - Liquidity management for BAL &amp; subsidiaries &amp; ensuring minimum OD/surplus balances in the bank accounts. - Monitoring Cash targets, achievements, forecasting &amp; Forex forecasting efficiency, - Banking projects to drive cost/business efficiencies. Introducing new banking product &amp; ideas for enhanced banking experience &amp; business efficiency. - Selection of banks for various collection/payment services &amp; banking automation initiatives.
