The Digital Product Manager will drive the product strategy and executes the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Technology/ Engineering Teams. Responsible for managing the - end-to-end- Digital product portfolio driving the product definition, requirements, design and delivery of new and/or adaptation of current offerings for markets Qualification and Skills Required (Please read carefully before applying) - 3-6 years- experience in a Product Owner role, preferably in a fast paced start-up environment that runs in an agile manner - Preferred work experience in Ecom., Fintech and/or financial product companies on products - website, conversational interface products, marketing automation tools etc. - Understands technology and aware of the new technology trends - Hands- on experience with all the stages of the product lifecycle with an ability to take tough decisions on critical product features - Adept at using Google Analytics, CRM systems, MS Office, design tools etc. Key responsibilities: - Own the product vision and clearly articulating the strategy into well-defined product roadmap - Manage all the aspects of product life cycle, including strategy, conceptualization, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, underwriting, roll out and enhancements - Work closely with the design and engineering team for product deployment and marketing and business teams to drive product adoption - Undertake Customer Immersions &amp; Journey Mapping across offline &amp; online touch points to create best-in-class buying process, driving engagement via statistics and insights - Extensively use data analytics for setting up A/B tests, experiments etc and facilitate data-driven decision making - Ensure discoverability of website to aid SEO growth &amp; Optimize for higher conversions - Maintain constant external links (benchmarks, competitors, consultants, consumer-facing) to ensure strategy implementation remains relevant to drive the growth strategy - Set up the product life cycle process to deliver best-in-class user experience (agile practices, automated user testing, design sprints etc) - Use marketing automation tools to meaningfully engage with the customer across the policy life cycle, with persuasive intercepts - Build capabilities to ensure the brand stays 'relevant' - chatbots, Whatsapp, voice, speech to text, live chat, vernacular etc - Disciplined experimentation with new models &amp; platforms for higher business benefits Stakeholders - Internal : Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance - External : Partner agencies We imagine you to be: - Passionate about Product management - Able to seamlessly create a narrative with data and story-telling - A critical thinker, able to step back and see the big picture, and an expert at turning complex topics into simple executive-level narratives - Someone with very strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Naturally assured approach to dealing with internal and external customers- running cross functional teams comes easily to you - Problem solver, who believes in disrupting the status quo and for that should be able to think beyond the limits of conventional wisdom - You have an eye for what a good technology product and a great user experience looks like - Strong work ethic, hardworking, willing to put in extra hours to meet deadlines - You able to operate effectively in highly ambiguous settings and timeline pressure situations KPIs of the role - Revenue Targets - Fresh business - Gross Written Premium and NOP for each online product journey - Customer Life Time Value - Cross Sell %, Up Sell % &amp; Products per customer - SEO growth - Engagement: Session Duration, Number of sessions per user, Bounce rate, Net Promoter Score - Technical : Page speed, Domain authority
