Key deliverables:
- To develop, manage and implement programs in Postpaid to enhance acquisition - numbers & revenue through value for money products
Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.
- Monthly activities - NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Training of all customer services & back end teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery
Major Challenges :
- High level of coordination both at the back end & front end (sales team) to ensure error free delivery of products in the market done through planning & meticulous execution.
- High level of sensitivity to market dynamics, keep a track of competition ensuing product & market superiority done through market visits, innovative products & streamlined support to sales team.
