Role & Responsibilities - Business Solution Consultant (Solution Arch)
1) Working as a Business Solution Consultant - Airtel. Managing all Data Business for Mumbai Zone.
2) Understand the business requirements of customer in the Information technology domain.
3) To design a best fit Techno Commercial solutions as per customer requirement
4) Solution designing for Enterprise network services like Leased Line, Internet Leased Line, IPLC, MPLS, IMPLS, VCS, ACS, International Toll Free, MVOIP, VSAT.
5) Understanding on managing RFP's for large project
6) Enables sales representative to pitch most of the products by collecting the requirement of the customer.
7) Helping Business development in meeting sales target.
8) Manage the Pre-sales presentations with the customers post the submission of the proposal
9) Understanding on Hosting and Colo Setup
10) Set-up of the solution model and present the techno commercial solution with cost effective offer.
11) Interaction with Sales, Customer Service Assurance Managers, Product Managers, Partners and commercial department
12) Provide both strategic and day-to-day technical expertise and support for accounts/customers in the assigned territory.
