Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager (Finance & Accounting) to join our growing organization. With 7-10 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial operations and ensuring the companys growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.

2. Ensure strict adherence to all statutory government requirements in financial dealings.

3. Oversee and manage all accounting procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards.

4. Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

5. Keep the company audit-ready, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.

6. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and SOPs to safeguard the companys assets.

7. Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of financial compliance and statutory requirements.

- Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.
