BharatRohan - Finance Associate

- Manage day to day accounting for the company

- Establish finance and accounting policies and procedures

- Set a monitoring process for all revenue and cost items and maintain a schedule for major expenses. - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a weekly basis

- Ensure timely bank payments and passing entries in a proper way

- Ensure statutory compliance for TDS, TCS, GST & Other Taxes

- Co-ordinate in getting the audit completed on time.

- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

- Complies with central, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

- Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Coordinate with operational teams and management team to collect required information for updating books of accounts on a timely manner

- Establish and follow a proper filing system for both offline and online documents

- Possess proper communication skills to get the work done on a timely basis.

- Have proper understanding of applicable statutes for the business - Prepare financial statements on a monthly basis along with required working schedule Requirements - Educational Qualifications: graduate+post graduate.

- 1-3 years experience in handling accounts function. Good communication skills.
