BharatRohan - Associate - Supply Chain

Job Overview:

- We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Associate to join our growing organization.

- With min 2 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will be an integral part of our dynamic supply chain team, contributing to the efficient and effective management of our agricultural supply chain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials from farmers and delivering highquality finished agri products to retailers and customers, supporting our mission to reshape agriculture in India, and contributing to the revolutionizing of agriculture operations and ensuring the companys growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing: Process orders from farmers and distributors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery.

2. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, tracking product availability, and preventing stockouts.

3. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to facilitate the procurement of agri-outputs and maintain strong relationships.

4. Logistics Support: Provide support in coordinating transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery to various locations, including remote farming areas.

5. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.

7. Support Team: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the logistics team, field team, sales team, etc. to optimize supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, AgriBusiness, or a related field.

2. Strong organizational and communication skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

5. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and Microsoft Office applications.
