BharatPe - UI/UX Designer

Job Description :

- We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our Customers.

- UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components.

- He will be reporting to the CPO/Product Manager and working closely with other designers and the developer

- To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.

Responsibilities :

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with engineers

2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

3. Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. sketches, images, and tables)

6. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

7. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Skills :

1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

2. Portfolio of design projects

3. Knowledge of wireframe tools

4. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Sketch App, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or after effect

5. Knowledge of Collaboration Tool like zeplin
