Bharatpe - Senior Product Director

Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and process-minded Director of Product Management to spearhead our product strategy and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the vision for our product line, leading a team of product managers, and working closely with other departments to ensure our products not only fulfill customer needs but also drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define, drive, and implement product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, ensuring the team's goals align with company strategy.

- Foster a collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and launch.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategic positioning.

- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather product requirements, and incorporate valuable feedback into the product development process.

- Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

- Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess product performance and drive improvements based on key metrics.

- Manage and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing the introduction of new features with the optimization of existing ones.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within fintech or financial services.

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial systems, lending operations, and payment platforms.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

- Excellent leadership, team building, and project management skills.

- Superior communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
