Senior Manager- User Engagement

Responsibilities will include:- Part of team leading user engagement for our brands.
- Blend data from marketing/product analytics and consumer behavior to understand the reasons for funnel dropoff and plan experiments to plug the gaps and improve funnels.
- Be scientific in experimentation and identify channel and funnel level incrementality
- Lead the overall charter for improving new user conversion rates and re-activating churned users.
- Lead the agenda of product led growth initiatives that drive long term growth.
- Come up with plans/initiatives to improve funnel conversion rates across products on a monthly basis leading to revenue/cost impact.
- Manage merchant retention and actively design programs by working closely with product/engg/brand teams to re-activate churned merchants.
To succeed in the role Qualifications:- STEM degree from a tier 1 institute preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB
- In depth and hands on understanding of engagement/automation platforms like Clevertap Moengage / Webengage etc
Skills, experiences & behaviors:- At least 4 years of performance/growth marketing experience, having managed engagement campaigns at scale
- Startup experience is highly valued but not necessary
- Ability to work x-functionally both as lead as well as a contributor
- Ability to articulate marketing's impact on top and bottom line of business
- Ability to collaborate across team - Data, Product, Engineering and Business
- Highly data driven but at the same time ability to handle ambiguous situations with confidence where less data is available and take calls aligned with overall business objectives
- End to end ownership to deliver projects.
