Job Summary - End-to-end affiliate program management, including partner management, campaign execution, operations & P/L management (all categories including but not limited to e-tail, travel, health, finance, etc)
Responsibilities :
1. Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners & improving the performance of existing affiliate partners
2. Conceptualize, execute & deliver campaigns to 1) drive new customers to shop via PAYBACK. To drive repeat usage, while maximizing ROI
3. In-depth knowledge of back-end operations management
4. Deliver daily & monthly affiliate marketing reports to senior management along with strategic recommendations & go-to market plans
5. Ensure timely and accurate collections by partners and networks
Required -
1. Demonstrated ability of managing a successful end-to-end affiliate business
2. In-depth knowledge of the Indian & international affiliate markets
3. Driven and results-orientated
4. Highly numerate and passionate about numbers
5. A good understanding of affiliate tracking technology
6. Strong team management and partnership management skills
7. Excellent project management skills
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Effective sales and negotiation skills
10. Effective reporting and presentation skills
11. Ability to work with tight deadlines
Preference will be given to candidates responsible for managing affiliate departments/teams. Expertise in generating traffic & sales to e-commerce merchants through affinity audiences will be preferred
