In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Leads the strategy, execution and organization for large product line or simple product portfolio, managing large, complex product line independently
Responsibilities will include:
Functional Expertise :
- Identifies and solves problems at the Org level while influencing product lines beyond own area of control
- Drives process improvements at Org level
- Confirmed ability to work cross functionally to build roadmaps and delivery programs; experience leading high performing teams and coaching team members
Problem Solving:
- Customer centric mindset, able to synthesize wide range of customer inputs (research, data etc) to identify underlying customer problems
Interaction:
- Manage range of complex cross-Functional stakeholder relationships, limited oversight; independently represent activities to senior management
- Actively engaged in wider business context and proactively take action based on it
- Manages team of Product Managers / Sr Product Managers; actively mentors & grows talent bench

- Key player in long-term product strategy & vision; provides strategic influence across teams and functions

Skills & know-how
- High degree of competency with project management including: project planning, issue and risk identification and management, tracking dependencies and breakthroughs, and communication of overall project status.
- Technically minded and basic understanding on Agile development, web & app technologies
- Product Management experience desired, ideally in fintech space
- Past success delivering high quality products in a complex environment
