Regional Solution Manager Supply Chain Finance (Delhi NCR)

- Hands on experience in Running and Managing a Large Regional Team of on- ground executives.

- MBA from a Tier -1/2 Institute.

Experience : 4-10 years.

Location : Delhi

Must have Skills :

Retail Lending, Understanding of Supply Chain ecosystem- Manufacturing- Distributor - Retailer. Invoice funding, Payable and Receivable Finance. Unsecured Lending (Business Loans) and Working Capital Revolving Credit.

Other Skills :

- Banking, NBFC, Customer Satisfaction, Sales Management.

- Comfort with Technology and having exposure to digital business models will be strong positive.

Key Responsibilities :

- Acquisition of NTB Distributor's on board through leveraging existing QR/POS merchant's relationship for Channel Financing Business.

- Coordinate with team of Field Executives, Team Leaders, Sales Managers and ASM's to leverage Channel Financing Business.

- Focus on the Book Building and Portfolio Management. (Limit Utilization, Timely revolving of limits, Interest servicing and exit management of stress accounts)

- Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for the Channel Finance Business for the Region.

- Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement Funnel and operational efficiency, setting up strong processes to ensure high success rates for Logins, Sanctions and Disbursals with minimum TAT.

- Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual business performance and customer satisfaction.

- Focus on the Product Cross sales - QR/POS to retailers, Investment Account, Easy Loans & Gold Loans and Insurance.
