Program Manager (Organized Trade) - Sales

Job Responsibility :

1. Report to Growth Head and support to drive the OT business to new scale.

2. Business Analytics: Get complete grasp of the Organized Trade Business and share analytics and course correction measures with the region teams to drive business effectively.

3. Operations Management: Coordinate between Sales, Ops, Tech and Finance team for day to day operations and streamline processes.

4. Stakeholder Management: Work with the relevant stakeholders within Ops, Tech, Finance, Data Science and Marketing for effective business delivery.

5. Team Management: Lead an On and Off Role of 4, Build Capability and drive the MIS and Operations effectively.

Skill Sets :

1. Team Management

2. Strong Excel and PowerPoint

3. Data Science, R/Python and SQL is a must

4. MBA is preferred
