BharatPe - Program Manager - Operations

Roles & Responsibility :

- You will be responsible for end-to-end operational ownership for a product or a set of products.

Key skills/experience:

- 3-6 years of experience (preferences - consumer ops/CX in e-comm/fintech/D2C, consulting)

- Demonstrated ability to break down a complex problem into smaller units, and solve through a data-driven approach

- Solution-oriented with a customer-delight mindset

- Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders (particularly product and tech)

- Good to have: Experience with ORM, Chatbots
