Roles and Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Handling project delivery operations and coordinating with the team in the successful execution of the project deliverables, closely working with the Chief Business Officer for entire projects for Sales Team. - Coordinating resources and supervising project delivery team members /project coordinators, - Coordinating the end-to-end scope of large sized projects from inception to completion/closure, - Understanding queries of the internal teams as well as focus on merchant solutions in a timely manner to ensure success on the ongoing projects, - Promoting teamwork, motivating, and mentoring. Requirements | You'll be a great addition to the team if: - You have 4+ years of quality experience in management and analytics - Management graduate from Tier 1 college - You have excellent communication skills and can communicate needs to the team in an effective way and deal with senior stakeholders - You have an analytical mind to identify, isolate, and suggest/recommend solutions, - You can juggle well between various tasks and show flexibility in order to deliver the best.
