Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage DSA (Direct Sale Agency) who sources loan applications.
2. Enroll New DSAs and train them for business.
3. Manage Monthly Business Volume and other Business Metrics through them
4. Monitor Daily file flow form DSAs, interact with DSA owners staff for business
5. Interact with internal teams for approval status of application sourced by Partner DSA.
6. To have the proper knowledge of product features, term, conditions and process
7. Identify opportunities for process and best-practices adoption, develop and adjust SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications/skills
1. 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience with loan DSA / Aggregator is preferred
3. High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
4. Ability to manage complex client situations
5. An ability to identify upstream blockers, prioritize solutions and communicate effectively.
