1. Gain a deep understanding of customer and Dealer experience, identify and fill product gaps among existing financiers and generate new ideas that help launch, establish and grow market share, improve stakeholder experience

2. Research new technological trends so as to figure out how to incorporate them into products

3. Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and appropriate systems documentation

4. Facilitate stakeholder input into various stages of product development and design

5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology, and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in products, workflows, policies etc.

6. Defining new processes and documenting processes related to the loan life-cycle

7. Taking complete ownership of user experience across product

8. Create prototypes and design flow; present the mock designs to the team/ management and seek approval to take live

9. Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects

10. Define and analyze performance metrics & prepare project status and feature. Manage Budgets and prepare various data cuts / financial analysis reports. Understanding of Product P & L

11. Initiate Product ideas and review of ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment

12. Leveraging existing database for the differential product offering
