BharatPe - Program Manager

In this role you have opportunity to:-

- Work on a fast-growing product launched less than a year ago that has already disrupted the consumer BNPL industry in India! postpe is BharatPe's consumer offering with a BNPL value proposition

- Work across multiple stakeholders from finance to product to operations as we grow rapidly.

Responsibilities will Include:-

1. Drive program management for the postpe program as part of the core business

2. Deep-diving into business performance across all facets, and identifying opportunities for growth basis data & numbers

3. Lead key initiatives and growth projects for program growth and smooth functioning

4. Manage external stakeholder relationships across tech and banking partners

5. Growth mindset - data seen as a means of understanding and growth performance driver

6. Stakeholder management across key tasks needed for day-to-day program operations and functioning - across marketing, support, product, finance, and operations

Qualifications :-

Experience - 4+ years

Industry - Startups, Consulting, Fast paced work environments

Skills, experiences & behaviors :-

- Exposure of working with multiple stakeholders and handling micro / macro balance

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Strong stakeholder management & strong project management skills

- Sharp learning curve & Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to handle ambiguity in role/ environment
