Bharatpe - Program Manager

We have a job opportunity for the position of Program Manager - (Gurgaon Location) with BharatPe.

Job description:

- Develop and execute strategies with cross functional teams to expand availability of our unsecured lending product to BharatPe's existing merchant base. This will need close collaboration with data science, sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, build the engine for rapid experimentation, prove pilots and transition successful ideas into established processes

- Be the key stakeholder in implementing our go-to-market blueprint. Work with product, technology and other key cross functional teams to build the underlying architecture that will fuel customer segment wise GTM strategies.

- Run rigorous root cause analysis on merchant issues on lending and work on engagements with technology and support teams to deliver best in class experience through effective strategies that prevent breakdown, automate support and increase overall responsiveness of the system to merchant needs
