Job Purpose:-
- Promoting the value of the company's solution to potential customers
- Being heavily involved in the entire sales process from proposal, negotiation to closing.
- Strong Client relationship
- Proactively supporting client and increasing engagement levels through follow ups
- Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
- Direct field & management experience in working with enterprise accounts
- Would have consistently exceeded quota and key performance metrics
Profile Requirements:-
- You have a degree from a top-tier institute along with 10 years of account management experience, ideally within Fintech/ Financial Institutions/ Lending Business
- You have an exceptional record of handling enterprise deals.
- You have strong influencing and negotiation skills and are able to build a rapport with clients quickly.
- You are able to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations easily
- Multi-tasking skills to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Should be highly data driven and have strong analytical skills
- Ability to work and manage a team
- Open to travel whenever required
Qualifications - Post Graduate Degree / MBA - Preferred Premiere B School
Experience - 6-9 years of progressive experience in Fintech or Financial Institutions
