In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. You will be expected to own the following areas at work
Functional Expertise:
- Develop & implement a talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the company business goals and culture.
- Defining hiring approach in consultation with the stakeholders to align on position requirements
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal, and offer management
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates & building candidate database, targeting organizations and markets, establishing networks and qualifying prospects
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional
networks, to attract and identify qualified candidates for respective roles within assigned budgets
- Maintain and analyze data to track key metrics such as conversion rate, turnaround time, source mix , offer acceptance
- Continuously improve sourcing and recruiting strategies by staying current with industry trends and best practices
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience with a focus on onboarding & background verification to impact new-hire experience & avoid organizational risk.
Problem Solving:
- Build strong understanding of the business/corporate functions to appreciate their impact and link it to skill technical requirements/functional knowledge/domain expertise
- Work towards solving for inconsistent internal demand for hi-quality talent despite external market challenges.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines to support the future and current needs of the business
- Industry benchmarking for critical/niche roles to identify the best candidate fitment
Interaction:
- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
- Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, recruitment partners and other external partners, by proactively participating in forums to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Positioning BharatPe as employer of choice by highlighting the Employer Value Proposition and ensuring high offer acceptance rate.

Qualification & Experience :
- Post Graduate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Business/Corporate roles, preferably in Fintech industry/growth startup
Skills & know-how :
- Proven success in recruiting and sourcing in a fast-paced environment across junior, mid & leadership positions
- Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills- with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners, Vendors with the ability to influence, inform and negotiate
- High on planning & execution with relentless rigor and a proactive approach
- Experience of working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools.
- Track record of success in owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines
- Exposure of working with leadership team
