In this role, you have the opportunity to :

- Find new opportunities in NBFC Partnerships for Merchant Lending

- Monitor live partnerships throughout their lifecycle.

- Impact lives of 5m+ merchants and 50m+ consumers.

Responsibilities will include :

Functional Expertise

- Responsible for managing the yet-to-go-live funnel across all forms of Partners with E2E in mid to small NBFC partners

- Continuously engage the industry players to identify new partnerships' potential

- Work with all NBFC partners (ex-Large) to grow the business on a day-to-day basis

- Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various partner queries

- Provide inputs and develop processes, presentations and responding to new proposals in a timely manner

- Program managing the new partner onboarding from identification till go live end to end

- Post go live, ensure smooth running of business, timely dispute resolution of partners including reconciliation and invoice management

- Monitor key portfolio and financial metrics for all partners and report any discrepancies

- Prepare and share reports around business performance, reconciliation, revenue etc

Interaction

- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders like Risk, Product, Legal, Finance, Payments, Customer Service for partner onboarding and integration activities till go live

- Liaising with cross functional teams within BharatPe to create documents, proposition and align objectives with the prospective NBFC partners

- Identify relevant contact points, network and interact at mid to senior management at NBFCs

Problem Solving

- For mid & small NBFC partners, handle all business & MX/CX escalations and ensure timely closures

- Facilitate governance cadence as per plan including, ad-hoc connects to solve problems for mid & small NBFC partners.

- Provide crisp and timely updates on the integration to internal stakeholders, taking support whenever required and ensuring the relevant internal and partner teams are connected

- Establish and nurture successful NBFC partnerships to expand BharatPe's lending ecosystem.

- Foster mutually beneficial relationships with partners, contributing to business growth and revenue generation.

Challenges & Decisions

- Identifying and engaging suitable NBFC partners that align with Bharatpe's objectives.

- Be the point of contact for any customer escalation involving partners

- Managing multiple partnerships simultaneously and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

- Degree from a tier 1 institute preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB

- 2-4 years of experience preferably in financial services industry

- Partnerships and/or Program/Project Management experience preferred

Skills & know-how

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work with and influence cross functional teams

- Understanding of financial concepts especially around digital lending

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
