In this role, you have the opportunity to :-

You will be maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations/experience and human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will be responsible for maintaining internal HR systems and databases, and manage budgets for the growth of the company and the employees
Responsibilities will include :-
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data in Darwinbox
- Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert
- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
- Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process always supports a positive employee experience.
- Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
- Replicating and managing employee policies and processes on Darwinbox
- Ensuring HR compliances and Facilitating closure of HR audit
- Preparing monthly HR dashboard and MIS

Qualifications:-
You should be an MBA from a recognized university/college.
Your years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.
Skills, experiences & behaviors:-
- 8-10 years of working knowledge in HR operations
- Good experience and strong understanding of HR processes.
- You should be able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent know how of Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- You should have exposure of working with senior Leadership team.
