Manager - Growth Strategy Roles and responsibilities - - Create and implement digital campaigns coordinating with various stakeholders including marketing and product, to drive retention as well as new acquisition - Determine effectiveness of social media campaigns currently run, work in collaboration with marketing to see if inhouse capabilities can be leveraged to increase presence across different platforms - Create and manage budget for these campaigns - Manage campaign performance by regular monitoring, reporting and analysis - Provide campaign performance insight and ways to improve in future - Document learnings from various campaigns and find the best strategy - Understand the acquisition funnel and attrition reason & identify the best course of action - Create automated journeys for various points in customer journey and improve engagement as well as retention - Understand the type of merchants acquired through digital marketing efforts, stickiness, CAC, LTV and churn of those merchants
