In this role, you have the opportunity to :

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure BharatPe's speaker growth and profitability.

- Analyze market data and trends to drive data driven decisions

- Work closely with a team of dynamic and professional individuals

Responsibilities will include :

Functional Expertise

Marketing Initiatives:

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies for cross-selling speakers to QR Merchants.

- Devise and implement marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the adoption of speakers among our merchant base.

Data Science:

- Utilize data science methodologies to identify various segments and cohorts within our merchant network.

- Provide actionable insights to the Marketing and Call Center teams for targeted campaigns and effective sales pitches.

Partnership Approach:

- Develop and foster partnerships to facilitate running advertisements on speakers, creating an additional revenue stream for Merchants.

- Implement monetization strategies for the speaker as an earning tool for Merchants.

- Identify and establish partnerships to expand the speaker business.

Program Management:

- Act as a program manager for different Go-To-Market (GTM) programs related to the device business.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of GTM initiatives

Merchant Experiences:

- Understand Voice of Merchants and ensure process are streamlined to Ensure satisfaction and retention of merchants using our speaker devices.

Interaction

- Report to speaker business and support to drive the speaker business to new scale.

- Coordinate between Sales, Ops, Tech, Product, Data science, Legal, Marketing, MX and Finance team for day-to-day operations and streamline processes.

Problem Solving

- Work with the relevant stakeholders within Ops, Finance, Data Science, Product, Sales, and Marketing for effective business delivery

- Build capability and drive the MIS and operations effectively.

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure BharatPe's growth and profit

To succeed in the role

- Design and manage speaker initiatives to optimize its effectiveness.

- Enhance BharatPe's market presence by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Adapting to competitive landscape

- Scaling and successfully executing speaker strategies.

- Allocate resources effectively to yield results

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or Post-Graduate from a Tier 1 College

- 4-5 years of relevant or equivalent experience

Skills & know-how:

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Data Science, R/Python and SQL is a must

- Exposure of working with leadership team

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Strong stakeholder management & strong project management skills

- Go getter attitude with problem solving skills

- Sharp learning curve & Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to handle ambiguity in role/ environment
