BharatPe - Lead - Marketing Communications

Job Summary : As our Lead - Marketing Communications you will create and manage promotions, programs, and campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, engaging, and monetizing users across all our partners. You will actively utilize data-driven techniques such as Email, SMS (DLT knowledge is a must), Watsapp, Push Notifications, web messaging to achieve business KPIs.

- Lead the team of Campaign Managers/ Campaign Developers. Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels

- Coordination with multiple stakeholders, partners, and internal team for end-to-end campaign execution via Marketing Automation tool.

- Managing and presenting daily/ weekly/ monthly reports of all partner campaigns and corresponding business metrics by coordinating with the Analytics team.

- Work with CRM, Content and Acquisition teams to drive customer journeys for existing customers.

- Work with Marketing and Product teams to help develop our websites and apps to improve design, usability, content, and customer experience.

- Closely work with Web Designers for all Design requirements - emailers, banners, landing pages, and microsites

- Campaign process management and handling key customer issues.

- Campaign operations SLA management, interact on customer issues with customer service, and resolve process-related issues. (bonus points SLA, campaign analysis reporting and regular reviews)

- Working with delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure results

Required:

- People interaction and ability to interface with multiple teams to get the campaigns off the ground. (Partner teams, operations, analytics, legal), ability to put together processes and stick to policy and process.

- Good knowledge of B2C communication and direct marketing campaigns.

- Positive attitude and ability to lead a team and work with multiple agencies at the same time.

- Good computer skills. Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders.

- Understands numbers and data.

- Project management skills.

- Reporting and analytical ability.

- Knowledge of Marketing Automation Tool is a plus
