BharatPe - Lead - Growth & Demand - Consumer Lending

BharatPe, while being a merchant centric business, is also a trusted consumer brand as our QR codes are all consumer facing. Our next focus area is consumer lending starting with Postpe.

For the upcoming Consumer lending business, BharatPe is looking to hire a Growth & Demand lead who would drive 0 to 1, 1 to 10 and beyond of the business. S/he would be the founding member of the Consumer lending team and get exposure to all the CXOs in the company.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Own the top-line and user metrics along with associated budgets of the consumer lending business and scale towards pre-defined targets

2. Provide thought leadership to identify and implement differentiated winning strategies to grow the business

3. Own the business product roadmap for the entire business

4. Own consumer funnel - Work with cross functional stakeholders including product, engineering and marketing teams to achieve the metrices

Profile Requirements :

1. Prior experience in leading growth for a significant scale consumer digital business

2. Should be an expert in digital marketing and be on hands on with various digital marketing tools

3. Should have a data and analytical oriented way of working

4. Experience in Consumer lending/fintech desired but not mandatory. Prior experience in a high growth start-up mandatory

5. Ability to build relationships with senior management of the company

6. Best-in-class pedigree coupled with excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
