Job Purpose :
- Recommend collection policies and strategies that will result in reducing delinquency rates and losses
- Analyze collections and operations strategies and tactics
- Need to manage output of collection agencies and drive them towards achieving assigned collection targets
- Work on Allocation Strategy considering lesser flow to higher buckets
- Will be responsible for controlling collection cost without negatively impacting collections performance
- Negotiating Payouts with collection agencies
- Work towards implementing collections strategies, process improvements and technology enhancements
- Ensure appropriate systems and infrastructure are in place to track, evaluate and support collections strategies and tests
- Research industry best practices; make recommendations accordingly
- Establish collaborative relationship with cross-functional team to move collections strategies forward

- Formulating and Implementing effective Collection Strategy
- Keep the debt minimum and in line with the organizations set targets
- Evaluate cost and find measures to reduce the cost
- Need to work closely with Field team and handhold them to get the desired results
Functional:
Responsibilities :
- Onboard Collection Agencies in the growing markets
- Monitor the delinquent base closely and timely update the management on the risk parameters and market scenarios linked to repayments
- Establish effective working relationships with functional and cross functional teams to implement innovative and competitive strategies related to field collection activities
- Preside over periodic progress review meetings and timely share performance reports with management
Job Requirements :
Qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience :
- 8-12 years of Field Collection or handling Collection Strategy with good analytical skills
Functional Competencies:
