BharatPe - Lead - Collection Strategy

The candidate should have deep Experience in building insights, problem-solving, and implementing best practices for collections risk and recovery process at large scale, to define strategy and drive timeline recovery and efficiency goals (short term micro/ personal finance sector i.e personal loan, credits cards, similar space)

The candidate should be regarded as an expert (collection risk & recovery) with experience in planning and managing large portfolios.

Responsibilities :

- Define and manage collection strategies for various products and portfolios of Merchant and Consumer lending

- Track required collection and recovery KPIs and automate monitoring

- Support in optimizing allocation across agencies and cost efficiencies

- Build various collection cohorts and define collection mechanism

- Create various forecasting and loss models

- Adhoc analysis and insights to improve collection outcome

- Automate collection operations and digitize journeys
