About the team: - Revenue Operations is a critical backbone for achieving key revenue objectives at BharatPe. At its core, this division works closely with Technology, Business and Risk teams to build a sustainable, scalable and technology first Lending business - Head- Revenue Operations is also responsible for providing expertise, process set-up and other solutions to other business lines within the company Job Role: - You will work closely with CXOs and Business leaders to understand revenue objectives, build new processes and capacity to deliver business goals and bring in productivity gains through technological interventions to consistently deliver business results sustainably - You will be responsible for building and furthering our outsourcing strategy, working with our partners on key initiatives related to process development, technological enhancements, people development and training to ensure consistency in our delivery capabilities - You will lead a team of 15 individuals at BharatPe and 100+ agents at our partner entities to deliver consistently superior business results Functional Competencies: - Ability to solve complex problems, which involves execution across functions and teams - Excellent Analytical skills. Focus on Data driven decision making and being able to drive result oriented delivery - Team Management Skills- Should be able to manage and motivate teams and ensure timely delivery - Vendor Management- Should be able to drive deliveries as per agreed SLAs and control cost of service delivery Must have: - Strong interpersonal & communication skill and ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impact - Excellent Stakeholder management- should be able to work closely with Leadership teams within and outside of BharatPe - High bias for action
