1. Finalisation of accounts on a monthly basis as per I GAAP and IFRS. 2. Statutory and Internal Audit. 3. Complete accounting responsibility: Revenue and expense. 4. Vendor Payables 5. Handling relations with banks for managing funds 6. Partnering in Cash flow forecast on a short-term and medium-term basis. 7. Handling the ICFR process of the company 8. Monthly reporting to Investor and Internal reporting. Required : Should be a Chartered Accountant. 1. Accounting as per Indian GAAP and IFRS. Added knowledge of US GAAP would be preferable. 2. Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes (Service tax and VAT). 3. Process and detailed focused on the financials. 4. Should have handled treasury and working relations with Banks. 5. Handled a team 6. Preferably handled roles in Fintech/startup space
