In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver.

Play a key role in implementing product software and technology platforms from the ground up. Your work will allow you to utilize a melting pot of technologies, programming languages, and systems and require you to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of software development implementation, with the freedom and encouragement to explore your own ideas and the reward of seeing your contributions help build Trillion products in partnership with TSP vendors.

Responsibilities will include :

Functional Expertise

- Work closely with senior engineers to design, implement and deploy applications that impact the lending operations

- Help & implement Design software and make technology choices across the stack.

- Participate in technical specification design, technical roadmap, and implementation.

- Perform and assist engineers through code reviews, acceptance testing, bug fixing, and general support for internal & TSP partner teams

- Help shape the direction of systems design by defining high-level architecture, principles, and standards for the org and onboard relevant partner matching our internal specifications

- Manage engineers on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Problem Solving

- Problem solve implementation issues

- Navigate systems to help develop right BRD

- Track & monitor project timelines and resolve potential reasons for delay in advance

- Give critical resolutions on conflict situations between TSP & internal stakeholders

- Lead the entire team to success in all engineering areas internally and with TSP partners

Interaction

- Live Trillion values in all stakeholder communication

- Effectively communicating issues and help connecting right dots to resolve any tech issue

- Able to lead independent communications for the issue resolution

- Lead critical discussions both with internal and external stakeholders holding business deliverables at the core

- Lead & guide a team of junior engineers to scale them up

- Act like a on-stop solution for all engineering needs by the business at the forefront.
