Job Purpose:
This role is the brand building of our flagship BNPL product- postpe. In a short time postpe has emerged as a leading BharatPe product in India. The person will be responsible for building postpe as the preferred brand for our consumers. They would be responsible for developing and executing campaigns (ATL/digital/performance) working with design, media and performance marketing teams. They will be the voice of consumer and lead initiative from conceptualization to execution. They must have experience in building brands along with a strong bias for data based decision making.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead x-functional teams to conceptualize and execute brand marketing campaigns
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to develop content and campaigns
- Be the brand custodian - determine the brand strategy and align it with internal stakeholders
- Conceptualize the annual marketing plan in line with strategy and lead execution alongwith x-functional team
- Work with creative agency to develop ATL campaigns
- Work with internal design teams to develop marketing content and collateral for the brand
- Collaborate with performance marketing team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of creatives
- Use data to mine insights, create hypothesis and design experiments
