Job Profile :&nbsp; Territory Manager would be responsible for generating business in his/her assigned location through his/her reporting Team and building relationships to deliver high quality services. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such a manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse Job Responsibilities :&nbsp; - He/she will be responsible to achieve sales targets by successfully managing the reporting team - Identify potential markets and set up branch network to sell Retail Business Loans and drive the cross-sell of other financial products. - Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer's base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned location - Complete ownership of recruiting, training, KPIs setting and performance monitoring of Reporting Team and managing them efficiently. - Ensure collection of loan and recurring deposit installments on-time, primarily using standing instructions from customers - Responsible for branch audits and compliance. - Should ensure Portfolio quality with robust collection mechanism and delinquency management strategy. - Build brand reputation and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship. - Competition bench-marking w.r.t products offered and changing market dynamics.
